CarGlow OS
CarGlow is building India's digital infrastructure for sustainable vehicle cleaning — starting with Bengaluru's apartment communities. We don't bring in a new workforce; we organize, train, certify and digitize the vehicle cleaners who already work in the city's apartments every day.
Bengaluru's apartment communities already employ an informal but skilled workforce of vehicle cleaners. Rather than disrupt that relationship, CarGlow gives it structure: a certification ladder, a zero-water methodology, digital attendance and evidence, transparent payouts, and a public sustainability ledger. Every apartment becomes a micro service hub — serving its own residents daily, and on-demand customers nearby.
Model A is a daily apartment subscription per vehicle. Model B is an on-demand quick wash with live tracking and an honest, zone-specific ETA. Both share the same workforce, evidence pipeline, and ESG ledger.
Every wash requires geo-tagged before/after photos bound to the vehicle. Without validated evidence, a job cannot complete, invoice, or pay out — no exceptions.
Every completed wash writes an append-only entry: litres saved, CO₂e avoided, ward, method version. Corrections are compensating entries, never deletions. Anyone can check it at /impact.
AI assists — classifying complaints, flagging suspicious photos — but no cleaner is certified, penalized, or terminated by an algorithm alone. A human always decides.
Existing cleaners are onboarded, never replaced. Certification is a ladder, not a gate.
Every wash assumes the waterless method; any exception needs a logged supervisor override.
We show real arrival-time estimates before payment, and label every sustainability figure with its method version until independently certified.
Any civic or CSR-facing surface we build is aggregate-only by construction — no resident or cleaner personal data is ever reachable through it.
