CarGlow is being built and validated in Bengaluru in deliberate phases — each one shipping real, working software before the next begins, not a roadmap of promises.
Phase status
Phase 0 — Delivered
Core identity, the evidence loop (before/after photo capture and validation), the cleaner app, and the supervisor exception-queue app.
Phase 1 — In progress
Customer app, association portal, invoicing, and ESG v1 — targeting apartment communities live with high wash coverage.
Phase 2 — Planned
Payments, on-demand dispatch general availability, live tracking — the first on-demand quick-wash zone.
Phase 3 — Planned
Government-facing GIS reporting, demand forecasting, fraud detection models, and a digital certification/learning system for cleaners.
Phase 4 — Planned
Learned dispatch optimization, a voice assistant for cleaners, and a proven sub-10-minute wash experience in one dense pilot zone.
How pilot progress is measured
Every phase is measured against real, computed numbers — not projections. A Pilot Progress Report (available as PDF or CSV) rolls up verified washes, litres saved, employment figures, and apartment/builder participation, with a ward-wise breakdown and a monthly trend line. Live public counters are always available with no login at /impact.
