CarGlow OS
CarGlow's entire model rests on one rule: the cleaners who already wash Bengaluru's vehicles are never replaced. They're onboarded into a certification ladder, trained in a zero-water method, and paid through a transparent, auditable system.
Certification is a ladder, not a gate — every cleaner starts onboarded at level 0 and progresses through training and verified work. Certification level determines which jobs a cleaner is eligible to take (only level 2+ cleaners are dispatched to on-demand quick washes, for instance), never whether they can keep working at all.
Geo-fenced check-in at their home hub, so a shift is a verifiable fact, not a claim.
Every payout traces to a specific completed, evidence-verified job — no unexplained deductions.
AI flags anomalies for review; only a human supervisor confirms or rejects them. No cleaner is certified, penalized, or terminated by an algorithm alone.
Every complaint has an SLA and an escalation path — a cleaner's record is never decided by a single unreviewed complaint.
We report two real, computed numbers rather than one flattering headline: certified cleaners (certification level 1 or above) and total onboarded cleaners (everyone in the workforce, including those still climbing the ladder). Both are visible live at /impact and via the open ESG API, under employment method employment-v1.0-draft.
